when i was a colleague scholar... i couldn't forget what my friend introduced me, a simulation games. He told me that i should try to play the games.. and he said to me... play the games but don't get your self addicted..he was right when told me the games was awesome simulation games. but...
he was Totaly WRONG... i was addicted with the games... i spent hours in a day to play the games... and never stopped looking for the breakthrough or harder to reach the perfection...
i would like to tell you all.. by this games... it makes my life easier when i entered carrier ladder. the games asked me and forces me to survive and become not only an ordinary manager but also an extra ordinary manager...
and i did it...
the learn i got so far...
1. Set a patron of your self. your vision and mission
2. spend little gain more...
3. creating new player is much more fun than... expensive signing
4. be different and sharp your difference..
5. Be Dynamic... otherwise you will get bored.
and so much more...
